On September 9th, fans can meet and greet Kenny Bordelon on Sunday at the Saints Hall of Fame Museum.
Bordelon, a native of New Orleans that was an All-SEC linebacker at LSU, played for the Saints from 1976-1982.
Bordelon was also an All-State high school selection at Brother Martin.
Bordelon will be available to sign autographs and take pictures from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. prior to the game vs. the Buccaneers, according to the team website.
The Saints acquired Bordelon in the fifth round via a trade with Los Angeles.
In 31 starts and 82 games for the Saints, Bordelon had three interceptions and two fumble recoveries.
Bordelon’s most memorable interception was a 19-yard pick-six vs. Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Ken Stabler on Monday Night Football in 1979.
The museum is located at Gate B on the Plaza level and is open on game days beginning two hours before kickoff and for 45 minutes post-game.
